Jack Krasula, President
Jack is formerly the founder, CEO and President of Decision Consultants, Inc. (DCI), the largest privately held professional information technology services firm in America. Krasula sold DCI to Ciber, Inc. in May 2002.
Jack started his company in 1976 and grew the company from a one-person operation to a $150+ million in revenue, 1800+ employee firm. Unlike other companies with empty mission statements, Jack did everything he could to ensure his philosophy was remembered - and lived. Jack purchased Star Tickets in 2006. Jack received an undergraduate degree from Lewis University and then went on to obtain an MBA from Loyola University.
Darryl Hagedorn, VP, Operations
Darryl has worked in the ticketing industry since 1996. He spent his first four years working for Star Tickets, leading the creation of the Star Tickets Call Center, IT Department and Client Services Department. Darryl then spent 12 years serving in several different roles at Tickets.com, where he installed and oversaw ticketing for six major league baseball teams. Darryl brings incredible understanding of the ticketing industry to his role as VP of Operations at Star Tickets.
Michael Walthius, VP, Sales
Michael Walthius began his career in the ticketing industry as the Box Office Treasurer at the Cleveland Playhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. He subsequently worked in Ticketron's San Francisco office, and was then promoted to Area Manager of Western and Central New York. Following Ticketmaster's acquisition of Ticketron, Michael returned to Cleveland as Ticketmaster General Manager of Ohio. His 18-year stint at Ticketmaster concluded with seven years as Executive Vice President of the company's central region. Prior to joining Star Tickets, Michael served as Managing Director for Vendini, a ticketing software company.
Hayley Bierkle, VP, Marketing
Hayley brings over 10 years of marketing experience to Star Tickets. She began her career working at CNN and Fox News Chicago where she spent four years helping to grow their audiences. She left TV to serve as Executive Producer and as Director of User Experience at digital marketing agencies, serving top tier clients by building their social, digital and integrated marketing strategies. Hayley has her master's degree in Broadcast from Columbia College Chicago.
Lianna Cecil, VP, Finance
Lianna Cecil has over eight years of experience in management accounting. Previously to working at Star she owned her own business setting up and maintaining the accounting and finance systems for numerous businesses and non-profit organizations in Detroit and Ann Arbor, Michigan. Lianna was a McNair Scholar at Eastern Michigan University where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Gradate Research Assistant in Accounting at Wayne State University. She co-authored a paper entitled "A Research Note on Standalone Corporate Social Responsibility Reports Signaling or Greenwashing?" which was published in the peer-reviewed journal Critical Perspectives on Accounting in June 2013.
Peter McKenna, Director of IT
With over 5 years of experience in the IT world, and over a year of experience in the Star Tickets IT department, Pete is well versed with the technology it takes to power a successful event. He is a proud member of the Star Tickets family.
Lynn Marion, Call Center Manager
Lynn is a call center manager with incredible communication skills. Lynn is responsible for training all call center staff to be efficient, helpful and friendly during the variety of situations that call center representatives face daily.
Tara Gray, Client Services Representative
A 2006 graduate of Grandville High School, Tara studied accounting at Grand Rapids Community College and is pursuing a degree from Ferris State University in Protection Services and Securities. She began working for Star Tickets in January 2012 as a call center representative. Prior to Star Tickets, she worked in a variety of industries from Health care to plastics factories.
